Gonna keep it simple, Break’n eggs is my, as well as many others, fav breakfast place. The best part in my humble opinion is the fresh ingredients. The crepes for which the restaurant is named for are the piece de resistance. ( Need to break a ton of eggs to make a crepe.) I also love the atmosphere, talent of the chef, the passed down recipes, price point, and the dag gone crispy breakfast potato. I don’t even love breakfast potatoes, but the break’n eggs crispy breakfast potatoes are ridiculous… good ridiculous.
The menu is a crowd pleaser. My 75 year old mom loves the crepes, my college age boys love the two egg special and the crabs Benedict. My niece … the Nutella Banana crepe.
Chef Bob Sweeney and staff. Friendly, professional and efficient. Love em.
Locally sourced coffee and maple syrup add to the charm.
Only tip: Get there early, or be prepared to wait a bit. It is definitely worth it.
