We’re Digging Snyder’s Newest Venue, Salt Cuisine. Chef de Cuisine, Beth James, brings “fresh, elegant, custom” dishes to SALT’s table or your own.
The reclaimed wood and vintage chandelier (and tons of other cool stuff) creates a warm atmosphere for a small party, a cooking class, or just stopping in for a bite to eat. The wall decor is right up our alley! Olive oil tasting, fresh pesto, amazing soups…it’s all fresh and fabulous. We tried (devoured) the grilled sandwiches, delish olive tapenade and a shot of zucchini and cilantro soup (made right before our eyes). One turkey with brie, apricot, apple and cranberry. Another goat cheese, strawberry and leek. Both in grilled tortillas (WOWZA). Oh- did we forget to mention the “Greek pasta salad”? The sweet potatoes added a nice twist.
